M3 7-Pin Breakaway Cable System
The M3 7-pin Quick Release Cable System is designed to connect field mixer or recorder outputs to camera inputs with a 7-pin connector “break point”. The cable system also sends a monitor return back to the mixer and most often a courtesy monitor tap for the cameraman. The available Mixer Ends and Camera Ends will accommodate almost every professional mixer, recorder and camera on the market.
Also allows the integration of Lectrosonics wireless links and extension cables. Each and every cable is meticulously hand crafted to uncompromising standards using only the highest quality components.
M3 Mixer/Recorder Ends
Mixer Ends - the first component of the M3 System to connect Mixer or Recorder outputs to a 7-pin Male connector.
Mixer Ends are available individually to expand an existing ENGH Quick Release System, e.g. you have a 7-pin Set for a Sound Devices 302 and Standard Camera and now have added a 664 mixer to your sound kit. You only need to obtain the Mixer End for the 552 to integrate with all your existing 7-pin cabling. The available Mixer Ends will accommodate almost every professional mixer or recorder currently on the market.
M3 Camera Ends
Camera Ends - with a 7-pin Female connector, Camera Ends attach to a Mixer End or 7-pin Extension to feed audio to the camera’s inputs.
It also sends a monitor return back to the field mixer and generally provides a monitor headphone tap for the cameraman. Camera Ends may be purchased individually to expand an existing ENGH Quick Release System, e.g. you have a 7-pin Set with a Standard Camera and now are working with an Arri Alexa camera. You only need to obtain this Camera End to integrate with all your existing 7-pin cabling.
Omnigoose Microphone
The Omnigoose is an unobtrusive mini gooseneck omni microphone that plugs directly into a Lectrosonics Transmitter. It is ideal for vehicle shots, podiums, courtrooms, press conferences and stealth placement to name a few.
Omnigoose is made from a modified 6" Shure Microflex and custom fitted with a TA5F connector by Peter Engh. It is designed to be used only with Lectrosonics Servo-Bias inputs like SMV, SMQV, SM, SMa, UMa and LMa etc..
The mics Omnidirectional pickup has remarkable reach and linear, off-axis clarity.
