Elegant and rock-solid durability with smart functionality sets Audioroot DC distributors apart in the market. Most models boast color OLED fuel gauge displays showing State-of-Charge battery information when used with Smart Lithium Batteries. Fuel gauge displays remaining capacity (%), estimated running time left, battery voltage, current consumption, battery pack temperature and battery charge/discharge cycles count.
DC Power Distributor for Sound Carts
The AUDIOROOT eSMART K-ART is a low footprint power distribution box with a total of 16 direct DC power outputs and 4 x USB 5V ground isolated outputs.
The K-ART includes 10 led illuminated power switches, a main power switch and 2 battery fuel gauges. Like it’s little brother eSMART BG-DU the K-ART is fully compatible with any type of battery ranging from 9 to 18V. When used with our eSMART batteries the K-ART provides full battery SOC information without any calibration routine.
eSmart Lithium Batteries
Each AUDIOROOT 14.4V lithium battery embeds a micro controller which handles and records the main parameters of the battery such as: identification, type of elements, cycle count, build date, serial numbers and many other parameters. The micro controller monitors the battery’s status and behavior (power consumption, temperature, voltage, etc…) and communicates with the charger to improve the charging process and therefore battery life.
This new "NEO" models have a built-in OLED display which allows real time display of the battery’s state of charge information. This helps users get precise information about a battery’s voltage, current draw, run time, etc… when connected to any type of equipment!

Battery Combiner
The AUDIOROOT BC1150 is a 6 bay portable smart battery combiner/coupler compatible with the eSMART Li-49Wh, Li-98Wh, Li-48neo and Li-96neo batteries providing up to 588 Wh of energy in a small form factor and lightweight 1150 rugged Pelicase.
This product was designed to help location sound recordists use several portable <100Wh SMBus li-ion batteries together to power larger equipment configurations. Batteries can be easily installed and removed from the coupler to allow air transportation, battery replacement or use with smaller portable current distributors such as the BG-DH MKII. A mix of different battery sizes (4S1P-short and 4S2P-long) can be installed at will inside the coupler.
