The VT500 and VT506 are Swiss-made miniature Omni lavalier microphones that have the benefit of both professional sound quality and rugged durability. Widely acclaimed to be among the best sounding lavaliers available, they embody the next generation design advancement of the classic flat, lateral capsule head made famous by Tram and Countryman. Upon closer inspection, you'll see understated enhancements that make these microphones have the best quality-to-price ratios on the market. The 1.5mm diameter cable is unmatched in its suppression of rubbing-noise from body movement. VT500/506 microphones are delivered with a choice of many popular wireless connectors in an attractive waterproof mini Otter box with five custom body-mounting accessories. Also available in hardwired versions with XLR-3 barrel for +48V phantom power or A76/MS76 mini battery.

VT500 versus VT506?
The only difference between the VT 500 and VT 506 is the frequency response of the microphone. The VT 500 has a smooth, even response across the spectrum and is a perfect everyday-use lavalier for all applications. The VT 506 has an intentional slight rising response above 8 kHz. This response assures speech intelligibility and works extraordinary in under clothing applications. Both microphones are available in Black, White and Beige.

VT500WATER Certified Waterproof Omni Lavalier
Our certified Waterproof miniature Omni lavalier microphone. The extremely smooth
sound of the VT500 is well maintained while successfully achieving an IPX-7 protection rating against the harmful ingress of water. IPX-7 Certification is the second highest
rank in accordance with the International Standard IEC 60529 for water resistance.
It allows for temporary submergence (up to 1 meter) of the microphone without
compromise, enabling very flexible applications in the broadcast, film and performance areas.
Equally at home at sporting events – it will provide assurance despite the adverse conditions, for example, throughout a yacht race or kayaking event. Includes (5) accessories and Otter box.
